Tosin Akingba is a fast growing Nigerian multidimensional and poetry Artist, who with the use of graphite, charcoal pencils, acrylic paints and environmental materials creates thought provoking arts which tackles climate, environmental and societal issues.
Born on Oct. 06, 1994 in Lagos State has grown to pursue her long held dream and passion. She has successfully exhibited some of her works internationally. Tosin Akingba was born in Lagos State by Ondo State parents. She holds a National Diploma and B.Sc in Mass Communication and had a short stint as a Radio personality with Rainbow fm before Art came calling. She started drawing as a little child and popularly known in her secondary school for her amazing drawings.

Tosin Akingba Art is committed to creating compelling drawings and paintings that address urgent global and societal issues—including climate change, gender equality, women’s and children’s rights, and empowerment. Through artistic expression, she aim to provoke thought, raise awareness, and contribute to building a more just, equitable, and sustainable world.

In all of these, my objectives have always being to;
Create Purposeful Art
Develop high-impact artworks that visually narrate critical themes such as global warming, environmental justice, gender equality, and human rights.
Educate and Engage
Use exhibitions, art talks, and community outreach to raise public consciousness and foster dialogue on social and environmental issues.
Empower Through Art
Partner with women and youth-centred organisations to use art as a tool for empowerment, healing, and advocacy.
Promote Inclusivity and Representation
Centre marginalized voices, especially those of women and children, within artistic narratives to challenge bias and promote equality.
Expand Access and Reach
Use digital platforms, collaborations, and public installations to amplify the message and ensure global accessibility to the art and its impact.
